This review is long overdue. A year ago we wanted a tractor. We went to one dealer and we were approved but their terms were different than what we felt comfortable with. We drove out to look at a Kioti and told Barbara and Ty everything. Barbara called the next day to say they had talked to the credit company (same for both dealers) and they could meet our terms. So we bought a Kioti tractor with the bucket. Barbara got all the paperwork done and when Ty delivered the tractor we signed everything and the deal was done.. When we had a small problem he came right back down (70+ mile round trip) to take care of it. It was such an effortless and enjoyable experience.

So this year when we wanted some more implements we drove the extra miles to go back to them. We decided what we wanted and Barbara went to work finding us the cheapest finance rates available. Emails went back and forth for a couple of days and then we drove up and picked up the implements.

Both experiences were friendly and efficient. Both are knowledgeable in their departments and eager to help. I am sure in a year or so my husband will decide he "needs" more implements and we will return to Hansen's because you don't mess with success

Dear Ty Sr. and Barbara,

I know it’s late, but felt ​compelled to write this letter. After purchasing a new tractor with loader and backhoe, it was determined that the manufacturer failed to include access steps to the backhoe. You dispatched Ty Jr. to my location to rectify the situation. 

Upon his arrival he explained what he had in mind and set about doing it at once. 

I had figured he would weld a couple pieces of metal to the backhoe and move on. WRONG! He explained his design, measured my foot for size, cut the various pieces of metal to size, and drilled the necessary holes to mount the steps so as not to weld anything to the backhoe. Then he fabricated the 2 steps, painted them, and mounted them. It looked like a factory job!

I was super impressed with the young man’s work ethic, his mechanical capability, and his overall dedication to customer satisfaction.
